Childbirth Education classes are a great way to connect with others and learn more about your body and all your options during your pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum experiences.
Exceptional Beginnings empowers women through their pregnancy to help them become strong competent mothers. We truly believe that birth
is normal and our classes focus
on Prepared Childbirth and have
an emphasis on as little medical interventions as possibly for maternal and fetal well being.
All of our classes provide a nurturing community to help parents explore their fears, values, and goals for their childbirth experience and parenthood.
We support and guide parents, we offer not only a solid educational framework but also genuine compassion and care!

Childbirth Class Options-
Traditional Group Childbirth Education Class: This is generally a
6 week session consisting of 2 hour classes.
Private Childbirth Education Class: This is generally about 6-12 hours
of classes (at your convenience) with one couple who is interested in
customizing their lesson plans and receiving one-on-one attention.
(can have private class with a pair of couples by request)
Condensed Course: Running out of time?? This is a course for people
who decide late in their pregnancy they want a childbirth education
class. This is the full 12 hour course taught on a Saturday and Sunday
from 10am-4pm.
