Prenatal Care
~One initial interview with Doula to hear your hopes and dreams about your pregnancy and to see if our doula would be a good fit! In addition an explanation of our contract and fees will be discussed.
(free of charge)
~A minimum of two prenatal visits
(during which information on the pregnancy will be gathered, planning for the birth will be discussed, explanation of roles during labor/delivery, discussion of fears or concerns, practice of breathing and relaxation techniques, review of non-medical comfort measures and much more!)
~24 hours a day, 7 days a week phone and/or email support
~Access to our book and video lending library
