Yoga Packages
We are currently offering private at home sessions of Prenatal
and Mommy-Baby Yoga. Please email us if you are interested in a group class because we look forward to starting group session in the spring!
Prenatal Yoga Package-
Your prenatal Yoga experience will consist of a minimum of
2 classes (1 hour per class session), customized relaxation music that you can use during your labor, and a Self Help Guide to keep with pictures of various yoga positions and their benefits to you! Also if you like we offer partner classes that your labor support person can participate in! Prenatal yoga will help you relax and will ease your pregnancy and labor in many ways! We come to you in your home so even if you are busy or on bed rest we are here to serve you!
Classes are charged per hour with a minimum of 2 hours.
There is a 10% discount if you sign-up for a series of 4 sessions (4 hours) or more!
AND there is an additional 20% discount on all Prenatal Yoga services if you are using an Exceptional Beginnings Doula!
Postpartum/ Mommy-Baby Yoga Package-
Your Mommy-Baby Yoga experience will consist of a minimum of 2 classes (1 hour per class session), customized music for you and your little one to enjoy, and a Self Help Guide to keep with pictures of various yoga positions and their benefits to you! Also you will gain the priceless gift of bonding with your baby while excising and losing that "baby weight!"
Classes are charged per hour with a minimum of 2 hours.
There is a 10% discount if you sign-up for a series of 4 sessions (4 hours) or more!
AND there is an additional 20% discount on all Postpartum/ Mommy-Baby Yoga services if you used an Exceptional Beginnings Doula!
